These are just a few vegetables and two fruits used as vegetables in most dishes that can help in your weight loss journey

Welcome to the next Relaxed Vegan Escaping The Maze, I just experimented with eating a carrot hot dog. I got the recipe from the Edgy Veg on youtube. In a hot dog bun with vegan chili mustard and ketchup was tasty. But it tasted like well marinated carrot in bun. Still I liked it and its better than most of the vegan dogs I’ve tasted.

Best vegetables for Weight Loss ( all the are low in calories)
1. Cucumber is about 90% cucumber is water but little nutritional benefit good for green juicing if you want low sugar in Green Vegetable juice without a sugary fruit to get your water.
2. Zucchini has low calories and makes great substitute for crab cakes when dehydrated and combined with seaweed.
